Answer:
I work for BUNN. Breweries keep the water hot in a hot water tank so that it is ready to brew. As soon as coffee is brewed the warmer plate below the glass carafe to keep coffee hot. Or you can get a model that brews directly into a thermal carafe and keep it warm as well. I hope that help ... If you have further questions, please contact me.
