If someone wanted to make you handmade soap, what would you want?
My wife & I make handmade soap from scratch, using oils and lye as the base.
We would like to know what features or details would general people like/want in a custom made soap.
For example, what color? What scent/fragrance? What design? (round, or square, or other shape....)
If you have NEVER used or even bought a bar of handmade soap, what would entice you to?

Answer:
I would love to find a cucumber/melon scent with that "loofah" type grit in it. Rectangle shape. (From time to time I'd appreciate finding a specialty shape that was in a normal size) I've purchased home made lye based soap before, I was a little disappointed with the foaming ability. I love for a soap to lather up/foam up well when you use it.
I really don't care about the color of a soap, as long as it suds well, cleans well, and smells good. (Except, now,I'm more curious about the color. I tend to shy away from anything red, since I got a specialty soap that dyed my tub, washcloths, etc... red.)
