How do I get glue off a glass jar after I peeled the label off?
A non-toxic solution please.
Answer:
If the glue is still gummy or sticky, cooking oil is wonderful for removing it. Rub some cooking oil into the gooey adhesive, and let it set for half an hour or so. Test it to see if the adhesive has let go. When it has, get the dish soap and wash off the oil. The goo will go with it.
If it's hardened and completely dried, try Goo-Gone.
