i love wusthof!!!!!
the classic line is the top in my books,the main difference is the handle not the metal or edge.
the Le cordon bleu line up is specifically made to specification laid down by LE c b.
LCB knives are lighter weight to reduce fatigue,they have no full bolster,to allow full edge sharpening,they have more of a french curve in the blade,so you can "rock" the blade not chop,and they are the sharpest factory edge.
i am thinking of buying a 9" LCB from food network store,it's on sale for 79.99,it's 169.00 in my mall.but i also like the 8" chef knife'wide' that knife is money too!!
they are all good,the classic is the classic for a reason.
