I have a 10 piece cookware set- is it oven safe?
About a year ago I was given a gift of a stainless steel calphalon cookware set. I can't find the exact set anywhere online, but the reason I ask is because each piece has a comfort grip handle. Feels sort of rubbery- I looked up a few similar sets and some said yes, some said no...
I just want to use them for making a frittata... anyone know?
Answer:
It is probably safe up to 400 degrees however, Calphalon makes a great product and you don't want to ruin your cookware. The safest bet is to give Calphalon a call and they can tell you for sure. Here is their contact information.
